Account Deletion Request
You can delete your Ovuloom account and all associated data through the following methods:
⚠️ Important - This Action Cannot Be Undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- All your cycle and period tracking data
- Fertility predictions and insights
- Pregnancy tracking information
- Health logs and symptoms
- Account settings and preferences
- Subscription information (active subscriptions will be cancelled)
This data cannot be recovered after deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Delete from App (Recommended)
Fastest option - Takes effect immediately
- Open the Ovuloom app
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- Scroll down and tap "Account Settings"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- Your account will be deleted immediately
Method 2: Email Request
If you can't access the app
Send an email to support@ovuloom.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include: The email address associated with your account
- Include: A brief confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.
📋 What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All personal and health data will be removed from our servers
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for partial periods)
- You will no longer receive notifications or emails from us
- You can create a new account anytime, but previous data cannot be restored
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives:
- Export Your Data: Download your cycle history and health data from Profile → Settings → Export Data
- Pause Instead: Log out of the app and take a break without losing your data
- Cancel Subscription: Keep your account but cancel premium features
- Contact Support: We're here to help with any issues you're experiencing

Data Retention Policy
After you request account deletion:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- All personal and health data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- We may retain minimal transaction records for legal/tax compliance (7 years)
- Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers) may be retained for product improvement
